  • 1. Acceptable Methods of Payment
    Presently payment methods available with P.tech International Private Limited are through Bank Transfer, Cash, IPS, and eSewa. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well.

  • P.Tech makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +977-9813797456 / +977-01-4250036 or email us at info@ptechktm.com. After acceptance of delivery of the product, P.Tech will not entertain any returns or refund requests.

    After-sales, customer service is provided by our service centers in Om Bahal, New Road, Kathmandu. For product service requirements, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned details for the same.

  • Cash on Delivery is unavailable. Only Pre-payment via Bank Transfer, E-Sewa, IPS, and Pre-Cash Payment before delivery.

  • All offer prices on P.Tech are inclusive of Vat; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.

    *Please note delivery charges are extra depending on the location of the customer. They need to pay while collecting it.

  • After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be canceled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address, or any other wrong information), P.tech would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.

    Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be canceled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you.

  • Pre-Booking Amount Guarantee. If prices are increased after you ordered, the current price (Release Date effect) will be applicable to your order. The balance amount of your pre-booking should be paid before the shipment of your order. We are running Pre-Booking only on Bank Transfer, E-Sewa, IPS, or Cash. We aim to deliver Pre-Booked products on or after the product arrives and as well as depending on stock availability.

  • Book your order in a minimal (partial/min advanced) amount for priority delivery. P.tech will announce delivery notifications to customers before the product shipment. Customers should pay the rest/balanced order amount to P.tech before the order delivery. P.Tech can not deliver orders without confirmation of full order payment.

    E.g. Your Product Value is Rs.20000/-
    You can book it for a minimal amount of Rs.5000/-. A balanced amount of Rs.15000/- should be paid before the delivery. If a customer canceled his/her order (Partial Paid/ Full paid), then P.Tech will initiate a refund on a priority basis. Refunds will be credited in working 7-20 days as per bank terms.

    Step 2 – While browsing the catalog, you can select the product you wish to buy in your shopping cart, review the product and click on Add to Cart on the product detail page

    Step 3 - Process to checkout page, enter your account and shipping details. Select your preferred method of payment and complete order. Please sign up to keep a track of your order.
