Warranty
P.Tech International Private Limited provides 1 year local warranty on laptops from the date of purchase. For customers to avail warranty following conditions should be met:
1. Hologram placed on the laptop should not be tempered. Warranty cards should be shown at the service center to claim warranty.
2. 6 months Battery and Charger warranty. Warranty in battery is valid only if it backs up less than 15 minutes.
3. No warranty on products, if it gets damaged due to shot circuit, liquid contact, or improper electric supply.
4. No warranty on physical damage. No Warranty of spots/dots in the screen. No Warranty on touch screens of laptops and All in one PCs.
Please note incase of hardware failure, it will take approximately 2-5 weeks to get it fixed. No software warranty. While leaving your laptop in our service center please make sure you backup all the data. As P.Tech will not be responsible for any kind of data loss during repair of the product.
